Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Have all tags attached and be in the original packaging
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@ledpacks.co, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale items and gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, reach out before requesting a return.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
